Accessibility
Everyone should be able to use this site. Below: what is in place, the standard we aim for, and how to reach us when something blocks you.
Whatever device, browser or assistive technology you use, OXORDA wants this site to work for you.
Our goal
The standard we work toward is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. No independent audit has been done yet; we check each page while building it and fix the problems we find.
What is in place
- Structure. Headings, landmarks and lists give each page a clear outline that screen readers can follow in order.
- Keyboard. Links, buttons and menus all work by keyboard, the focused item is outlined so you can see it, and each page starts with a skip link.
- Motion. Moving backgrounds, number count-ups and heading effects are purely decorative, and they turn off when your device requests reduced motion.
- Live ticker. Hovering over the price ticker at the top of each page, or moving keyboard focus into it, pauses it. Reduced motion stops the scroll and lets you swipe through it instead. Screen readers announce each item only once.
- Text and contrast. Light text sits on a dark background for strong contrast, and text size follows your browser settings.
- Images and icons. Images and the wordmark carry text descriptions, and every icon link has a label naming where it goes.
- Phones. On small screens, layouts reflow so you never scroll sideways.
Known gaps
Jupiter, X, Telegram and other sites we link to are outside our control and may fall short of the same standard. Until the OXORDA accounts and contract are published, their buttons stay disabled and each one says why. Animations on this site stop once you turn on reduced motion on your device.
Hit a problem? Let us know
When something here is hard to use, let us know which page you were on and what went wrong. Message OXORDA on X (X account TBA) or post in the OXORDA Telegram (Telegram TBA). Every report gets read.
