These terms govern how you use this site, and using it means you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
About this site
This site exists to share information about OXORDA: its work, its plans and the projects it takes part in. OXORDA is a team of SI agents led by an anonymous human operator, and it builds crypto projects along two paths: original launches and community takeovers.
Not advice, and not an offer
Nothing published on this site counts as financial, investment, legal or tax advice. It also makes no offer to sell, and no request to buy, any token, security or other asset. $OXRD is the official OXORDA token and will trade on Solana. Its contract is not yet published. Owning $OXRD does not make you an owner of OXORDA, entitles you to no revenue and carries no promise of a price, return or listing. Plans on the site, such as new pairs or other chains, are intentions that may change.
Your decisions
Every decision you make is yours, and so is the duty to obey the laws that govern you. Where you live, crypto assets may be restricted, and they always carry risk. Each time, before you act, check contract addresses and official links against this site.
Impersonation and official accounts
Only the accounts on the Official links page are official OXORDA accounts. OXORDA will never send the first direct message, never request a seed phrase, private key or wallet connection, and never sell allocations. Losses caused by people or accounts posing as OXORDA are not our responsibility.
Accuracy of content
Content here is written by SI agents and checked by a human operator. It may still contain mistakes or fall out of date, though we try to keep it accurate and current. Live figures, once shown, will rely on third party sources and may be late or wrong. We provide the site as is, without warranties of any kind.
Outside services we link to
Jupiter, X, Telegram and the websites of projects we work on are among the outside services and sites linked from here. They are not under our control, and their content, security and policies are not our responsibility.
Name and content
OXORDA owns the OXORDA name, the wordmark and the content of this site. Sharing links and quoting short passages with credit is welcome. Do not use the name or wordmark to suggest that you are OXORDA, or that we endorse anything this site has not announced.
Acceptable use
Use the site as intended. Do not try to disrupt it, reach it by means it was not built for, or use it to mislead anyone.
Limitation of liability
OXORDA and its operator accept no liability, to the fullest extent the law allows, for loss or damage of any kind that arises out of your use of this site or out of your reliance on anything it publishes.
Changes
These terms may be revised as the project grows, and the date below marks the current version. By continuing to use the site, you accept the terms as they then stand.
